Roasted Brussel Sprouts
This is another favorite at our house. When I make roasted brussel sprouts – Russell and I literally fight over them. So is that weird?
First things first – get a big bag of them from Costco. The brussel sprouts in this bag were huge…so I cut the bottoms off, peeled any icky leaves off, and cut them in half.
Then drizzle some olive oil on a tray and lay them on the tray.
I sprinkled with salt and pepper and a bit of Trader Joe’s 21 Seasoning Salute (BEST STUFF EVER)
Roast them at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes – checking them and stirring them around every 7-ish minutes.
