Remember last week when Jason and Scot were on my favorite players list. Let me scratch that. I know it’s a game that they should outwit, outlast, outplay…but come on! Their sabotage was a bit overboard and childish. A shout-out to my good friend and loyal follower of the blog, BOB…you were right. BOB has been telling me that Jason and Scot were bullies all season but I liked them. Until now.
Tai was so uneasy with their tactics. I really thought he was going to go with the girls. I was wrong, again! Between the three of them there are two idols which can make the super idol. I don’t know if that is why Tai stayed with them or not.
Scot and Jason hid the axe and the machete. The girls were determined to get the coconuts open on their own. They did pretty well which ticked off Scot even more and he dumped water on the fire. Very mature.
He told everyone that they only had food because he could lift Tai up into a tree. Cydney’s response, “I can climb a damn tree!”
At the reward challenge one person was able to choose not to participate. Then they got to guess which team would win. Joe opted out and he guessed that the girls would win. Julia chose to participate with the guys with a quickness! That raised eyebrows everywhere! It was a close competition but the girls ultimately lost. How about Debbie and her throwing arm! Not too shabby!!
The winning team received Chinese take-out food. They even included the chicken. Did you notice that they named him Mark?
He has survived another week. I’m rooting for you buddy!
Aubry was hoping to vote out Julia and they had a solid plan to do so. Aubry has some good one liners! She said that sometimes the guy in the middle of the road gets run over and I hope it’s her. She said that Julia is riding the middle to the end. Accurate statement.
The immunity challenge looked hard. It was hard to tell who might win but it was Julia that won the necklace. On a side note….why doesn’t Survivor have some sort of summer camp for adults so that we could try all of these challenges? Someone work on that, please! I would like to attend.
Please tell me why Debbie was not seeing that Julia was playing both sides! Debbie was so darn chipper about Julia. It seemed very obvious to everyone at camp. Heck, it seemed obvious to me at home on the couch!
Tribal council was a doozy. Jason and Scot were obnoxious about the idols. Everyone was whispering to one another. They kept saying original plan, original plan! I couldn’t even remember what the original plan was! Debbie was voted out. I hate to see her go. She was entertaining but she shouldn’t have been so stubborn about Julia.
I’m loving Neal’s wardrobe. Way to be passionate about ice-cream! My favorite players are Cydney and Aubry. I’m on the fence about Tai now. I like him but when he put out the fire I was disappointed.
Have a great week! Last week’s recap is here in case you missed it!
