Here we go – we open with a reminder of the emotional roller coaster that was last week! The girls are all sitting around acting like someone died. Spooling over the break down that Nick had. They all thought that Nick and Danielle had a strong connection. Raven says that she thinks he was upset more about the potential of not finding your partner AGAIN. BINGO
Then we see they called in the big guns, and Chris shows up to tell Nick he has to keep playing the game, he signed a contract. Well he doesn’t say that – but we all know that he did. (who wears skinny jeans at the beach in St. Thomas? Chris Harrison that’s who). Chris asks him, is there a part of you that wants to walk away, and Nick says yes basically!
Then he goes to see the ladies! He apologizes for what happened the night before. He reminds them that he has done this before, yes we know. He of course is very vague and draws the conversation out, so the women assume the worst. He puts his big boy britches, and says I have great connections with each of you and wants to continue and stop getting so close, and wants to actually succeed at this GAME. (I said game – he didn’t). He tells them, let’s cancel everything and head to Bimini. I am so glad that they showed it to us on a map – I was one step away from googling it. Apparently, there are islands in the Caribbean that I haven’t been to!
A date card arrives. Vanessa – Let’s go deeper. Corinne is livid. She is the only person who hasn’t had an one on one who is left. Corinne literally says you lucky bitch! Whoa.
We get to the one on one date and Nick and Vanessa get on a boat and chat. She scolds him about his breakdown last week. That is how it felt.
They cut to Corinne and Rachel spooling about Vanessa and Nick’s boat ride. Corinne doesn’t think there is any depth to Vanessa.
Back to the date, Vanessa let’s her wall down that she put up last week. They jump in the ocean and make out and swim around.
They seem to like to make out in anti-gravity situations.
She tells us that she is falling in love with Nick.
Back to the house, the ladies are waiting for the date card, which of course arrives. Group Date: Corinne, Kristina, Raven, Let’s jump in with both feet first.
Vanessa and Nick roll into Big John’s for dinner (that I am sure they don’t eat). Vanessa says today was a lot of firsts for her, and she knows there will be many more firsts for them. Nick brings up home town dates, and she says, I relaly want you to meet my family. (omg she has on one of Danielle’s dresses, I have no doubt her boobs came out at some point of the evening.) Vanessa tells him she is falling in love with him.
Nick says, he has been in love before and has told people he loves them before, in this setting. He says he really likes her, and says he only wants to say it to one person. I didn’t really follow all that he said, but Vanessa certainly didn’t like it.
Did she really think that he was going to say I love you? Vanessa says that she is afraid to end up like Nick did before.
The girls are getting ready for the group date. All of them are planning to win this date.
Here is the depth that we got from Corinne.
The girls start taking their clothes off. Nick puts sunscreen on Kristina. Including her inner thighs. Corinne is feeling like the third wheel.
Nick tells them that they are swimming with sharks. OMG I WANT TO BE ON THAT DATE.
Raven says she will punch the shark in the face, and that she will get the rose after the other 2 get eaten, since sharks can smell fear. My money would for sure be on Raven. Kristina decides to get back in the boat, and Nick goes with her. Corinne of course, doesn’t like that and tells us she feels like she is on Kristina’s date. Not Nick’s best look!
Now for the evening portion of this group date. Nick tells them that he had a great time. He talks about home town dates next week. He asks Kristina to go talk. He tells us, that he isn’t sure if their relationship is ready for a big take off. They discuss last week and how that felt for her. He breaks down and cries. She says, you can’t keep us all! They make out.
Corinne is unraveling, and eats huge amounts of cheese. Raven says, I am not going to compete for attention.
Raven and Nick are talking, and she asks – are you nervous? She talks about her parents and that they are still married. She mentions her dads lung cancer diagnosis. She explains that is why she dropped out of law school, and moved back home. She says he is in remission.
Back to the house and a date card arrives. Danielle Let’s ride off into the sunset together. She is excited.
Back to the group date. Nick is now talking to Corinne. She expresses that she is nervous. Also complains about not having an one on one date. Nick says the 2 on 1 date was just as beneficial to their relationship as any one on one. They make out. She leaves this time feeling great again!
There will only be one rose given out on dates this week, and it goes to Raven. Nick and Raven leave the group date. Corinne and Kristina sit broken hearted on the couch. Raven and Nick roll up on some concert. Not sure who they were or if they even told us.
Time for Danielle’s date. They hop on these cute blue bikes. They ride through the Island and walk through town and get snacks. They play basketball with some random kids. They end up dancing to some street music.
They site down and talk a bit. Nick brings up home town dates again, seems to be his M.O. this week. Nick tells us, he feels that they are struggling with having a natural conversation. She seems oblivious.
Cut to the house, girls waiting for the date card to arrive, and it does. Rachel Let’s get a taste of the local flavor. She is very excited. Where is Vanessa? Makes me wonder how and when they really film these clips.
Back to Danielle’s date. They are chatting, Nick asks her what was her favorite part of the date. She says she enjoyed being playful, riding bikes, just being the 2 of them. Nick says she is fun to have fun with.
She says she wants her family to meet her but she is terrified because the last person she loved died. She is afraid of telling him how she feels. She tells him that her heart is very open to him and that she wants to take on anything with him. She says, she has never really felt that way. She tells him she really cares about him. He tells us that he has Danielle in the friend category. He then tells her.
He cries and says she is so great, and she says not great enough. He sends her home. She says, I hope you find what you are looking for. She tells us she thought this was her time, and that she is heart broken.
She tells the girls good bye. I actually teared up. Corinne looks at this like, one girl gone. 4 more to go. She tells us, when she wants something, she gets what she wants. She decides sneaking over to see him and creating her own one on one time is the way to go.
He honestly seems shocked, they decide to have a beverage.
She tells us again about her platinum lady parts.
You hear them discuss diving into bed. They definitely make us think they are gonna get it on. Nick then stops her, and says this isn’t a good idea. He says goodbye to her. (no not that kind of goodbye – just get out of my room goodbye).
She leaves mortified. She leaves the hotel, instead of by the door that is already open for her – but through the other door. Which is weird.
Rachel is getting ready for her one on one. She is excited and talking to the girls, and Nick walks in. They leave and end up at a bar.
They discuss race and the home town dates. She says that she has never brought home a white guy before. She brings up again not to call him his first name. That seems weird to me that she has now told him that 2x.
The bartender starts talking to them and asking them how they met. Nick tells him. The bartender turns to Rachel and says, make sure this guy needs you and not just wants you. Great advice!
They seem so natural together and are really relaxed. Of all of the one on ones tonight, theirs seemed very good. They make out.
Rachel tells us that she is falling for him, and very excited to bring him home. Rachel goes back to the house, and tells them that everything went great. Corinne unravels, and is so threatened when anyone is happy. She feels that since he sent Danielle home on their one on one date, and didn’t with Vanessa or Rachel, Raven already has a rose, so it is between her and Kristina – and he was all over Kristina on their date.
We next see Chris and Nick talking. Chris looks annoyed! Guess they wish they had picked Luke! Nick tells Chris that he cares a lot about these women, and even the ones that he sent home already. He doesn’t wait for a rose ceremony to send this last girl home. He is very teary the whole time they are talking.
Nick shows up at the house. He asks where Kristina is. He finds her in a room. He takes her outside. The whole time Corinne thinks this is all about her. Nick tells Kristina that he keeps thinking about how close he has gotten in this process and had it not work out. He tells her that he really cares about her, and going into home town dates, he doesn’t feel as strongly love for her as he does for others. She says, he didn’t give her a fair chance.
He tells her that things drastically change after home town dates and fantasy suites, and he feels that it isn’t fair to her to expect drastic changes when he has stronger relationships with other people. He is crying the whole time. He tells her she deserves better and that that person isn’t him. She tells him that she is happy that he feels like he is finding love. She leaves. Shew Corinne should be happy.
He tells us that he isn’t ready to let Kristina go, but he knows in his heart that he has to.
The girls are all reeling. We leave the episode with no answers.
Kristina and Danielle went home.
