Here we go for The Women Tell All. I always love these episodes. Except, I hate when the Lead and Chris crash parties, it is stupid, stop it. Crystal and I discussed it and noted how overly made up these ladies were. I wonder if they do their own makeup?? But I doubt it. Neither of us liked Danielle’s outfit, but we both like her hair color!
Who wasn’t there: Angela, Briana, Brittany, Ida Marie, Jasmine B., Lauren, Michelle, Olivia, Susannah, and of course Rachel, Vanessa and Raven. I always wonder who isn’t there and why! Anyone have any scoop?? It is funny it seems so long ago that this show started, and I barely remember some of these ladies! Maybe THAT is why they don’t come.
A few notable moments
Alexis admitted her costume was INDEED a shark. The audience even participated in whether it was a dolphin or a shark, and someone was wearing the costume! When Nick eventually came out though, she switched back to a Dolphin and he told her that his mom wanted to meet her. Well Nick that could be sticky!!
Liz was brought to the hot seat. Shew, I find her boring, but wanted to hear what she had to see. She is really trying to be a spokesperson or something because EVERYTHING she said was somewhat political and very heavy or like she was a beauty pageant and needed a platform or a cause. There were a lot of tears from her throughout the episode. She revealed that when she met Nick at the Janner wedding, she had gotten over a breakup. She met and DID Nick, and then tried to cross paths with him later, which never panned out. What I am still not clear on, is did she ONLY go on the show because it WAS him? The ladies all rallied around her and seemed to really be supportive, it seems the ladies this year are all about supporting one another – well except maybe Corinne and Taylor – but I will get to that. (I do feel like Liz got a bad rap for coming on the show, but really Nick did it and was applauded for taking a chance….I don’t really see a difference, just don’t know if she was interested in being on the show for anyone other than Nick….it does indeed seem like a publicity stunt, but really everyone on this show is doing that in my opinion, few are really in it for true love).
Taylor and Corinne
Taylor gets called to the couch. She is very emotional and says there has been a lot of backlash from what went down on the show this season.
Corinne storms off stage to get some champagne…I am sure that was a cue from a Producer. Corinne now gets her turn on the hot seat – but of course! She explained that her napping has gotten a lot of criticism and that it wasn’t really a nap but a panic attack (cause that won’t get criticism)…Then the girls exploded and poor Chris was like OMG. The girls explained they all had anxiety and didn’t go nap or have a panic attack. They called her disrespectful. To quote Corinne – I can’t even. Naturally the Taylor drama was brought up. Neither truly apologized to the other (Taylor KIND OF did but not really), though both insisted they deserved that and did nothing wrong. Hey they both sucked in my opinion, but nobody asked me!
We also address The Nanny. Corinne has a very different definition of Nanny than everyone else. OK Corinne. I don’t understand what is hard to understand about a group of women in the 20’s being surprised when another woman in her 20’s has a Nanny. I realize she doesn’t want to call Raquel a house-keeper or personal chef or whatever, but she chose the work Nanny and should have known the reaction wouldn’t be pleasant. Like most thinks it seems Corinne goes for shock value, and that is what she got. She did explain Raquel has been in their family for a long time, including through her mothers battle with cancer. Then she fed everyone cheese pasta.
Kristina (who we think would be an amazing Bachelorette) came up next. She of course made everyone cry and got a standing ovation from the supportive women! She retells the story of her teacher telling her she has a choice to live in color or in black and white. She also mentioned that she has been in touch with others that she knew in the orphanage and is helping them.
Nick came out and said he was nervous to be there. He said this was the first tell all he has been a part of – since of course he was top 2 on both of his previous shows. He got choked up talking about letting Kristina go, and she asked what went wrong. He said it was less about her than about the other stronger relationships he had with other women. He said saying goodbye to her was easily the toughest on him. Of course Danielle L wanted some spotlight and emotionally said she wanted to know what happened, and he told her the same thing.
Rachel came out – and again, the ladies seem very supportive of her and excited. She says she is looking for a secure, confident guy with a sense of humor and a great smile! She says she really hopes the whole season doesn’t revolve around race, yes so do I. I hope the Producers listened to her. Nick wishes her luck, and says she will be amazing!
