I have to say that I didn’t think I would like this salad because I don’t really like Ranch dressing. I made it anyways because I knew my family would love it and they did. So did I. Maybe I like Ranch dressing a little bit.
I found this recipe while I was scrolling through Pinterest for something new to make for dinner. The recipe is from a great blog called Life In The Lofthouse. Her blog has a lot of great recipes so I will certainly be checking all of them out!
The ingredient list is pretty simple and the salad comes together in about 20 minutes. If I had known that I was going to love the salad I would have added more tomatoes! I also added a lot more bacon than the recipe suggested.
I just cooked the bacon ahead of time and then chopped everything while the pasta was cooking. All ingredients go in the bowl and drizzle the Ranch dressing on top! Easy enough. I think this will become a popular salad in our house this summer! This should comical, I’m going to try to write out the ingredients and instructions on the recipe card. This is a first for me. If you knew how badly I mess up in the kitchen you would think this is comical also. My daughter was recently on Food Network’s Chopped Junior. On national television she said that I set the oven on fire! So keep that in mind when you read my cooking posts! Kerry is the cook in our dynamic blogging duo!
