This is my go to Low-Carb Pizza recipe, but when I am lazy I throw this easy skillet pizza together!!
I first saw this method on Cooking Keto with Kristie on Youtube and had tried it then, and loved it. Seriously watch her channel, you will fall in love!
I saw it again when I recently found High Falutin Low Carb’s Youtube Channel and was inspired to give it a try again. Seriously watch his channel, you will fall in love!
First think you do is heat up a skillet.
Then sprinkle a generous amount of Mozzarella Cheese in the pan. I also added some Colby jack for some color!
I sprinkled the top with garlic powder and onion powder.
Then dollop some sauce around…I like to use Rao’s Pizza Sauce
Spread the sauce around and add any toppings you want.
We did pepperoni and jalapeños.
Sprinkle with more cheese and continue to cook. It should move around the skillet when you shake it. You will feel like you might be burning it. Keep cooking it. You can see I pulled the side away, and it is browning, but not enough yet!
This is what you are looking for! Again it looks burnt, but it isn’t. It will be thin crust pizza crisp!
I lay it on a cutting board and let it cool a bit.
Seriously look how crispy it is!
