Keto Shrimp

So Russell and I have been following the Ketogenic Diet and I have been making these shrimp quite a bit. We love them! You could easily customize it to meet your likes.

I basically take several table spoons of Kerrygold butter, garlic, crushed red pepper, Salt & Pepper, and parmesan cheese and mix it all together with thawed frozen shrimp (I get peeled no tail, but anything would work).  I lay it all on a sheet pan lined with aluminum foil (for easier cleaning!)

Roast in a preheated oven to 400 degrees for about 6-8 minutes, watch them, as you don’t want to overcook them.  I sometimes, up the temp to Broil and get them a bit more “crispy”.

I like to sprinkle lemon juice on it as well.  It is seriously so good!  Now, if you can eat French bread with it, I am sure that would be delightful, but not Ketogenic!  I usually serve with a green vegetable or salad.
