On our last night of the summer road trip we stayed in Germantown, Tennessee. Germantown is right outside of Memphis, we had dinner at Blues City Cafe and then headed towards Germantown.
The hotel had just opened about three weeks prior to our arrival in July of 2017. By far, this was the nicest Hampton Inn and Suites that I have stayed in.
The exterior is brick which is a refreshing change from the stucco design on most hotels. The area around the hotel will be very high-end residential and retail. There were a few shops open and they were very nice.
The finishes on the interior of the hotel were very nice.
The lobby area had a very natural look but also a very clean modern design.
The rooms were equally beautiful.
The bathroom door was such a smart design. It was a sliding door and the exterior of the door was a mirror so that could be used on the room side of the door. The bathroom side of the door had a nice saying.
The nightstand between the beds has a smart design. It extends for additional space if needed.
I love that the ottoman tucks underneath the table to save space.
There are plenty of outlets and USB ports around the room.
If you are traveling through Tennessee I would highly recommend the Germantown Hampton Inn and Suites. The price point was in line with other hotels but it was much nicer than others.
