I saw these Meatball Subs and was like, oh yes, perfect for Football Season!
I’ll let you get the recipe from their site. I will confess, I am not nearly as fancy as they are, they made their meatballs, I bought mine. They also made their sauce, you guessed it, I bought mine!
But seriously, look at the finished product!!!
The dough was delightful! It is basically a fathead dough and let me tell you, I will use their method for NOW ON! I can’t wait to play with it. I have already made it into a pizza. I would like to also use their base recipe and make some sweets with it like CINNAMON ROLLS!!! I would also like to use this base to try to make bread, since it is really bread-like, and then make stuffing with it!!! Stay tuned!!!
The basic difference that I found was the use of xanthum gum! SO I bought a bigger container from Amazon!
You roll it out.
Cut it into 6 equal parts.
