There are so many dining options at Mandalay Bay that you will never get bored with the options. In part one I covered the Burger Bar and Citizens.
On our most recent trip we dined at Border Grill again. We enjoyed it on our last trip and wanted to eat there again. We had such a great dinner, we dined on the patio that overlooks the lazy river and pool area.
The corn dish is amazing. I love it so much that I ordered it for my main course! The tacos are great also.
The chips and salsa are served with three types of salsa. All are delicious.
For breakfast we ate at the Seabreeze Cafe.
It is a sit down restaurant that is a little on the pricey side for breakfast (in my opinion). For example for three of us the price was about $70.00.
The food is good but it’s just breakfast so it’s hard to fork over that kind of money for every meal of the day.
The restaurant is located near the main elevators of the Mandalay Bay so it’s an easy meeting spot for breakfast.
Now, I’ll cover the restaurants that I have not eaten at but I will get to them all one day!
I’ve always wanted to eat at Red Square, this is on the list for the next trip!
Mandalay Bay is absolutely huge. You can walk the perimeter of the casino and check out your choices of restaurants!
Lupo is a Wolfgang Puck Italian restaurant.
There are a few Starbucks sprinkled in with the other restaurants.
Fleur by Hubert Keller is another restaurant that I would like to try. I don’t think I will get the $5,000 burger that is on the menu though!
The menu at Strip Steak looks amazing but it’s a bit out of my price range also.
Near the convention center in Mandalay Bay there is also a food court. In the shopping area heading over to the Luxor there are more restaurants to choose from including the Minus 5 Ice Bar! I would like to try that one also. I guess this means that I need to get back to Las Vegas sooner rather than later!
