I have no idea where I first found this recipe…but I believe a Chiropractor that I used to see is the one who shared it with me.  But it is so good!

8-10 Macadamia nuts per piece of fish

21 Seasoning Salute

Macadamia Crusted Salmon

Bacon if desired.  Honestly, I always desire bacon, I just sometimes don’t desire the mess to make it!

I throw the nuts and the seasoning into my ninja chopper and go to town.

I get this salmon from Costco or Sam’s – it is so good…and already seasoned.  You can cook it from frozen or thaw it ahead of time.  I like that it is wild caught and not farm-raised.

Just get the marinated wild caught and you will be good to go!

Pile the crushed up macadamia nut mixture onto the filets – generously!  I usually drizzle olive oil or put on a pat of butter.

I then follow the package directions to bake it.  (I know it is shocking to see microwave instructions, but I have actually had it from the microwave – just the salmon not this recipe – and it was quite tasty!)

I will sometimes switch my oven to broil, if I want to get a bit more color on the macadamia nuts.  It is seriously so good!

      Ashley – it is really good. I have done it on other fish as well. And used other nuts if I didn’t have macadamia nuts on hand. 21 Seasoning Salute can be on everything!!!
